Abstract
Upravljanje sveobuhvatnim i kompleksnim procesima planiranja na tržištu sportskih proizvoda kao i planiranje te predviđanje ekonomskih efekata sportskih proizvoda kao i procesima specifičnog financiranja postalo je neizostavni dio funkcioniranja sportskih klubova. Nogomet je sigurno jedan od najpopularnijih sportova današnjice i može se reći da je postao široko područje današnjeg društvenog života te je kao takav našao je i svoje potrošače u RH. U rad je analiziran trenutni menadžment u klubovima 1. HNL-a za koji se može reći da je, barem prema dostupnim podacima za većinu klubova, manjkav u smislu nepostojanja ili nedefiniranosti. Također je utvrđeno da postoje velike razlike između načina organizacije i upravljanja nogometnih klubova u RH i EU. Tendencija klubova HNL-a je da idu u smjeru modernog i efikasnog upravljanja i korištenja alata marketinga za ostvarivanje ciljeva.
Abstract (english)
Managing overalland complex processes of planning on the sporting goods market, as well as planning and predictions about sporting goods' economic effect sand processes of specific finance became indispensable part in sporting clubs’ work. Football iscertainly one of the most popular sports nowaday sand it could besaid that it became an important part of today's social life and, as such, found its consumersin Croatia. The paper analyses current management in the Croatian First Football League clubs, whichis, according to the available data for most of the clubs, deficient in the sense of being absent or undefined. Moreover, it hasbeen determined that there are great differences between the way of organisation and managing football clubs in Croatia and European Union. Clubs belonging to the Croatian First Football League tend to goin the direction of modernan deffective management an dusing marketing tools for accomplishment of goals.
