Abstract
U radu je razrađena tehnologija izrade zupčanika prema crtežu, od skice istog do gotovog proizvoda u sklopu. Za vrijeme pisanja tehnologije za izradu zupčanika potrebno je detaljno analiziranje dokumentacije te proučavanje radioničkog crteža. Nakon analize crteža određuju se operacije i njihov redoslijed kako bi se definirali svi potrebni alati za izradu zupčanika da bi se od sirovca došlo do gotovog proizvoda. Nakon svake operacije provodi se kontrola kvalitete kako bi proizvod odgovarao zahtjevima kupca.
Abstract (english)
This paper shows an elaborated technology of constructing a gear wheel according to a manufacturing sheet, from draft to finished product in a circuit. While writing the technology of constructing a gear wheel, a detailed analysis of the documentation as well as examination of the manufacturing sheet is necessary. After analysing the sheet, operations and their sequence are specified in order to define all the necessary tools for the gear wheel construction in order to make a finished product from forged steel. After each operation, quality control is carried out so that the finished product conforms to customer's demands.
