Abstract
Liderstvo je pojam koji označava proces društvenog utjecaja, koji maksimalizira napore drugih ljudi ka postizanju cilja. Upravo se osobe koje potiču druge ljude na kvalitetno i uspješno poslovanje nazivaju liderima. To su naime osobe koje su sposobne svojim karakterom i stavom utjecati na neka ponašanja podređenih dobra za krajnje rezultate organizacije. U radu su istaknute neke prednosti i karakteristike dobrih lidera, razlike između lidera i običnih vođa. Također se može vidjeti i na koje načine postati dobar lider te koje su prednosti i nedostatci lidera. Isto tako bit će spomenuto zašto bi svaki dobar lider trebao biti kreativan, te koje su ključni faktori kreativnosti. Kako je kreativnost neizbježna u svim područjima poslovnog svijeta, tako će se i u ovom radu istaknuti upravo ta važnost kreativnosti i njeni rezultati u organizacijama.
Abstract (english)
Leadership is the term that marks the process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of other people to reach the goal. People who encourage other people to call quality and successful business are called leaders. These are people who are capable of influencing the behavior of subordinate goods for the ultimate result of the organization by their character and attitude. The paper highlights some of the advantages and characteristics of good leaders, the differences between leaders and ordinary leaders. It can also be seen how to become a good leader and what are the advantages and disadvantages of the leader. It will also be mentioned why every good leader should be creative and what are the key factors of creativity. As creativity is inevitable in all areas of the business world, this work will emphasize precisely this importance of creativity and its results in organizations.
