Abstract
Cilj rada bio je što bolje i preciznije objasniti razvoj ekološke poljoprivrede u Hrvatskoj kao i njezino mjesto i ulogu u proizvodnji hrane. Tijekom prošlog stoljeća, 60-ih i 70-ih godina poljoprivreda je bila najveći onečišćivač okoliša. Zbog tih razloga trebalo je uvesti promjene u njezinom razvoju te je jedan od načina bilo uvođenje ekološke poljoprivrede. U ovom radu će biti opisane vrste ekološke poljoprivrede te kako one utječu na prinos. Također, biti će navedene zakonske odredbe kojih se mora pridržavati svaki poljoprivrednik koji se bavi ekološkom poljoprivredom i proizvodnjom. Kako bi neki proizvod uopće došao na tržište, treba imati točno propisanu deklaraciju prema zakonu koja će biti objašnjena na primjeru slike. Sve teme tokom pisanja opisane su bez znanstvenog tumačenja i objašnjavanja.
Abstract (english)
The main purpose of this paper is to describe the development process of ecological agriculture in Croatia and its role in food production. During the last century, the 60s and 70s, agriculture was the largest environmental polluter, and because of this it was necessary to introduce changes in its development. One of the solutions was the ecological agriculture. This paper will describe various types of ecological agriculture and how those types affect the yield. The paper will also show the legal provisions which every farmer involved in ecological agriculture shall respect. In order to place a product on the market, it’s necessary to have a proper declaration according to rules and regulations defined by Croatian law. One example of such declaration will be shown in this paper. All the topics in this paper are described without referring to any scientific papers.
