Abstract
U završnom radu prikazano je koncipiranje i konstrukcijska razrada stroja za sječenje niskog raslinja kao priključnog sredstva radnom vozilu, motokultivatoru. Odabrano radno vozilo za koje se izvodi koncept je Honda F720. U prvome dijelu rada obavlja se analiza tržišta, prikupljanje potrebnih informacija i podataka za daljnji konceptualni razvoj. Za prijenos snage s motokultivatora na kosilicu odabire se remeni prijenos klinastim remenjem te se na osnovi podataka o radnom vozilu (snaga pogonskog vratila i broj okretaja) vrši njegova prilagodba u svrhu dobivanja prihvatljivih izlaznih parametara. Dimenzioniranje plašta kosilice i mehanizma za sječenje uvjetovano je širinom radnoga vozila. Uležištenje vratila s mehanizmom za sječenje izvedeno je s dva kuglična ležaja. U zadnjem poglavlju prikazan je 3D model konceptualnog rješenja kosilice koji je izrađen korištenjem suvremenih CAD alata.
Abstract (english)
This project shows the conceptualization and construction of the machine for cutting low vegetation as a coupling to a motor cultivator. The chosen working vehicle for which the concept is made is the Honda F720. In the first part of the project, analysis is carried out, the collection of necessary information and data for further conceptual development. To transfer the power from motor cultivator to the mower, the wedge belt is used as transmission and based on the data on the working vehicle (drive shaft power and speed), adjusts it for the purpose of obtaining acceptable output parameters. Dimensioning of the lawnmower and the cutting mechanism is due to the width of the working vehicle. The cutting of the shaft with the cutting mechanism is made with two ball bearings. In the last chapter, a 3D model of conceptual lawnmower design is developed using the modern CAD tools.
