Abstract U radu je općenito opisan postupak tvrdog lemljenja tračnih pila. S obzirom da je kemijski
sastav svih tračnih pila vrlo sličan ovdje se govori o tvrdom lemljenju tračnih pila za drvo koje su
ujedno i najrasprostranjenije. Tračne pila za rezanje stiropora, spužve, metala i tračnih pila za
rezanje zamrznutog mesa i kostiju u prehrambenoj industriji nisu obuhvaćene ovim radom.
U teorijskom dijelu opisani su osnovni pojmovi o tvrdom lemljenju, izvoru energije za
tvrdo lemljenje, općenito o tračnim pilama i geometriji rezne oštrice (zuba), te zaključak.
U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada (poglavlje 5 i 6) opisan je vlastoručno izrađeni uređaj
i demonstracija postupka tvrdog lemljenja tračne pile za drvo uz korištenje mesinga kao dodatnog
materijala i boraksa kao talila. Svi uzorci pila koji se tvrdo leme ručno su obrušeni na optimalnu
širinu prijeklopa koja iznosi 3 do 4 debljine pile koristeći brusni alat sa nedefiniranom geometrijom
oštrice koristeći obodno brusno kolo i lamelarni plošni brus izrađen od aluminijevog oksida.
Uzorci pila su različitih širina od 20 do 45 mm koje se koriste u drvoprerađivačkoj
industriji za rezanje ogrijevnog drveta i mobilne mini pilane koje se montiraju u šumi i služe za
piljenje trupaca i proizvodnju drvnih poluproizvoda (gredice, štafle, fosne i daske).
Kao dodatni materijal korišten je mesingani lim oznake L-CuZn40 EN 1044, i otopina
soli DIN 8511.
Prilikom izrade uređaja za tvrdo lemljenje korišteni su podaci poznati od ranije, a
kvaliteta zalemljenog spoja najviše ovisi o vještini i iskustvu poslužitelja stroja kojim se lemi.
Abstract (english) This thesis will be dealing with band saw hard soldering procedure.
Considering similarity in chemical composure in all types of saws, hard soldering of wood-cutting
saws (most common ones) is what thesis will mostly be talking about. Metal-cutting, as well
as styrofoam, sponge, meat and bone-cutting saws are not included.
Theoretical part of this thesis will be dealing with general terms about hard soldering, its
energy sources, band saws in general and their cutting blade geometry, and a conclusion will also
be provided.
Practical part (Chapters 5&6) describes a single-handedly made device. And a
demonstration of hard soldering procedure of band saw using brass (as an added material) and
borax (acting like flux) is described as well. All hard soldered saw samples were machinegrinded
on their optimal overlap width (3 to 4 saw widths). For this feature, a grinding tool with
undefined cutting blade geometry, peripheral grinding wheel and a lamellar surface grinder made
of aluminum oxide were used.
Saw samples are 20-45 mm wide and are mostly used in wood processing industry, for
cutting firewood and in small sawmills which are assembled in the woods and are used for cutting
logs and making of baulks, boards etc.
As an extra material, a brass sheet metal (L-CuZn40 EN 1044) and a salty solution (DIN
8511) were used.
During the making of this device, data known from before were used, and the soldered
joint quality is mostly dependent of operator's experience and skills.
