Abstract Regionalni Centar za razvoj poduzetničkih kompetencija zemalja Jugoistočne Europe (engl.
Abstract (english) South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (SEECEL) was established in 2009 on the initiative of 8 countries of South Eastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo and Turkey) with a plan of systematic development of lifelong entrepreneurial learning as a key competence. Within SEECELs tool for analysis of training needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (TNA / QA) survey was conducted on a sample of entrepreneurs / companies in each of the individual SEECEL member states in order to determine the need of entrepreneurs for trainings in specific areas of business. The main research concentrated on the overall region, and its goal was to develop criteria for evaluation of training programs and quality assurance. That was the second survey in a row and it was directly linked to the previous study to show the existence of a need for training of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial skills. In this work we will carry out analysis of found results obtained for entrepreneurs / companies that are registered and are operating in the Republic of Croatia and try to find a correlation between the composition of the company and the recognized need for education. It is important to emphasize that the original study did not concentrate on the segregation of data within the states, but looks on a state as a uniform market. A sample of 318 companies (from Croatia) that have filled out a questionnaire to the end show a general attitude of entrepreneurs or company owners on training employees and expanding the level of competence of its employees, and thus also the ability of companies to respond to problems in the market. On the other hand research results will give a clear set of indicators to educational organizations providing services in which direction to orientate, what is the attitude of customer of education services towards the entire market and not just the segments in which the service provider is specialized, to be able to better respond to market needs, what to fix, how to modify the service, and what really customers want. Within the overall analysis a framework for the creation of a uniformed system validation of the quality of services provided is given and to which indicators should attention be given when buying a non-material product.
