Abstract
Trudnoća se smatra posebnim razdobljem za svaku ženu. Upravo u tom razdoblju žena počinje voditi i najveću brigu o sebi kako bi svome djetetu pružila što bolji razvoj. Samo vrijeme trudnoće sa sobom nosi brojne promjene koje se očituju kako u fizičkim tako i u emocionalnim, odnosno psihičkim promjenama. Provođenje tjelesne aktivnosti, odnosno vježbanja, pozitivno utječe na sam tijek trudnoće, na zdravlje trudnice, ali i djeteta. U ovom segmentu poseban je naglasak na suzbijanje mogućih problema mišićno-koštane strukture kao i psiholoških problema poput depresije. Cilj ovog rada prikazati je kako različitim načinima vježbanja preventivno utječemo na zdravlje trudnice, ploda te pomoć pri što lakšem porodu.
