Abstract
Kako bi se osigurali sve veći prinosi u uvjetima intenzivne poljoprivredne proizvodnje koristi se velika količina gnojiva što predstavlja sve veći problem jer su neki oblici dušika, kao nitratni ioni, podložni ispiranju u dublje slojeve tla i podzemne vode. Provedeno je istraživanje na vinogradarsko-vinarskom pokušalištu „Jazbina“ u sklopu SUPREHILL projekta. Na terenu su prikupljeni porušeni uzorci tla, te su određene fizikalno-kemijske karakteristike tla (tekstura, sadržaj organske tvari, pH, E.C.) na tri različite pozicije na padini. Na padini su instalirani tlačni lizimetri u 3 ponavljanja na 3 pozicije: na vrhu, sredini i dnu padine, ukupno 18 lizimetara. Iz procjednih tlačnih lizimetara prikupljeni su uzorci vode svaka dva tjedna. Nitrati u uzorcima vode određeni su spektrofotometrijski upotrebom ionskog analizatora vode. Razlike u koncentracijama nitrata u odnosu na poziciju na padini analizirani su primjenom ANOVA testa u SAS programu. Dobiveni rezultati upućuju da nije bilo statistički značajnih razlika, iako je vidljivo da je koncentracija nitrata u procjednoj vodi na vrhu padine niža od koncentracije nitrata na sredini i dnu padine.
Abstract (english)
In order to ensure higher crop yields in the intensive agricultural production, a large amount of fertilizer is used, which is an increasing problem because some forms of nitrogen, such as nitrate ions, are prone to leaching into deeper soil and groundwater. Research was conducted at the Jazbina experimental vineyard as part of the SUPREHILL project. Disturbed soil samples were collected in the field, and the physical and chemical characteristics of the soil (texture, organic matter content, pH, E.C.) were determined at three different positions on the hillslope. Wick lysimeters were installed on the slope in 3 repetitions at 3 positions: at the top, middle and bottom of the hillslope, a total of 18 lysimeters. Water samples were collected from the leachate of the wick lysimeters every two weeks. Nitrates in water samples were determined spectrophotometrically using continuous flow analyzer. Differences in nitrate concentrations relative to slope position were analyzed using the ANOVA test in the SAS program. The obtained results indicate that there were no statistically significant differences, although it can be seen that the nitrate concentration in the leachate at the top of the hillslope is lower than the nitrate concentration in the middle and bottom of the hillslope.
