Abstract
Sastav i sadržaj fenolnih spojeva bobe grožđa uvelike ovisi o genotipu vinove loze, okolišnim uvjetima te uvjetima samog uzgoja. U ovom radu, istraživanje je provedeno na autohtonim bijelim sortama vinove loze (Vitis vinifera L.) s ciljem utvrđivanja sastava i sadržaja polifenola male molekulske mase u sjemenkama bobica bijelih sorata vinove loze. Detaljnom statističkom obradom podataka utvrđene su značajne razlike u sastavu i sadržaju polifenola sjemenki bobe grožđa različitih sorata. Dobiveni rezultati istraživanja mogu nam koristiti za prilagodbu tehnologije proizvodnje bijelih autohtonih sorata vinove loze, odabiru sorte za izdvajanje određenih polifenola te njihovoj primjeni u različitim granama industrije zbog njihovih, već dokazanih, protuupalnih, antimikrobnih i antitumorskih svojstava.
Abstract (english)
The composition and content of phenolic compounds of grape berries, largely depends on grapevine genotype, environmental conditions and cultivation conditions. In this paper, the investigation was carried out on autochthonous white vine varieties (Vitis vinifera L.) with the aim of determining the composition and content of low molecular weight polyphenols in the seeds of white grape varieties seedlings seeds. Detailed statistical data analysis revealed significant differences in the composition and content of polyphenols of grape berry seeds of different varieties. The obtained research results can be used to customize technology of production of white autochthonous grape varieties, selection of varieties for the isolation of certain polyphenols and their application in different branches of the industry because of their already proven, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anti-tumour properties.
