Abstract | Suvremene tehnologije sa sobom donose razne prednosti i novitete kojima se poduzeća moraju
prilagoditi kako bi unaprijedili svoje poslovanje i bili u skladu s trendovima. Mobilni uređaji
danas pružaju puno više mogućnosti nego što je to bio slučaj prije deset godina. Danas se putem
mobilnog uređaja mogu napraviti razne stvari i radnje. Zamijenio je fotoaparate, telefone, radio,
pa čak i računala. S njim se može sve, od slanja poruka, fotografiranja pa sve do plaćanja računa
i ugovaranja osiguranja. Tu ulogu preuzima mobilni marketing odnosno, u slučaju plaćanja
računa i ugovaranja osiguranja, mobilno bankarstvo. Na razvoj mobilnog marketinga imalo je
utjecaj htjenje da se bude što bliže potrošačima putem njihovih mobilnih uređaja, jer su to
uređaji koje potrošači uvijek koriste i uvijek su uz njih. To su iskoristile i banke kako bi
uspostavile bolji odnos s klijentima na način da im uštede vrijeme čekanja u banci zbog
jednostavnih bankarskih poslova. Tako se razvilo mobilno bankarstvo i aplikacije koje ga
omogućuju. Na taj su način banke unaprijedile svoje poslovanje i povećale profit, ali su i
klijentima pružile nove usluge koje im olakšavaju korištenje bankarskih proizvoda i usluga.
Prednosti mobilnog bankarstva poput jednostavnosti, mobilnosti i dostupnosti usluge bilo kad
i bilo gdje privlače sve više korisnika. Usprkos ponekim nedostacima i rizicima koje mobilno
bankarstvo nosi sa sobom, klijenti svakako koriste omogućene usluge pružene putem mobilnog
bankarstva. Tome u prilog ide i sve veći rast broja korisnika ove usluge. Kako gotovo svaka
banka nudi mobilno bankarstvo, u radu su prikazane i uspoređene dvije aplikacije: mPZB i mzaba.
Na taj se način vide njihove sličnosti, ali i poneke razlike koje mogu utjecati na
konkurentnost. |
Abstract (english) | Contemporary technologies bring along the various advantages and innovations that companies
need to adapt to in order to enhance their business and to comply with trends. Mobile devices
today offer far more opportunities than it was the case ten years ago. Today, various things and
actions can be done through a mobile device. It replaced cameras, phones, radio, and even
computers. You can do everything with it, like sending messages, photographing, paying bills
and making insurance contracts. This role is taken over by mobile marketing or mobile banking
in the case of payment of bills and making insurance contracts. Desire to be as close to
consumers as possible through their mobile devices, had an impact on the development of
mobile marketing, because that are devices which consumers always use and are always with
them. Banks use it to establish a better relationship with their clients in a way that saves them
time in the bank because of simple banking. That is how mobile banking and the applications
that enable it have developed. In this way, the banks improved their business and increased their
profits, but also provided new services to their customers, making it easier for them to use
banking products and services. The benefits of mobile banking such as simplicity, mobility, and
availability of services at any time and any place are attracting the increasing number of users.
Despite of some disadvantages and risks that mobile banking carries with, clients use the
services provided through mobile banking. That is why the number of users of this service is
growing. As almost every bank offers mobile banking, two applications are presented and
compared: mPZB and m-zaba. In this way their similarities are shown, but also some
differences that can affect competitiveness. |
