Abstract
Pojavom pametnih telefona omogućeno je širenje i nagli razvoj elektroničkog poslovanja. Kako bi banke uspjele unaprijediti svoje usluge i bile konkurentne u tom okruženju, došlo je do razvijanja mobilnog bankarstva. U odnosu na tradicionalno bankarstvo, mobilno bankarstvo ima znatno veću prednost. Naime, ono omogućava obavljanje transakcija bez obzira na vrijeme i mjesto, kako bi pojedinci u svakom trenutku mogli kontrolirati vlastiti novac i to uz smanjene troškove. Tradicionalni oblik bankarstva odlazi u zaborav zbog tehnološkog napretka, kao i životnog stila korisnika. Razvoj novog oblika bankarstva donio je i nove izazove, od kojih je najznačajnija kvaliteta pružanja usluga banke svojim korisnicima. Provedenim istraživanjem prezentirani su rezultati o lojalnosti i percipiranoj vrijednosti korisnika mobilnog bankarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rezultati pokazuju kako su potvrđene prethodno postavljene hipoteze, što je prikazano u rezultatima istraživanja te detaljno opisano u zaključku diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
With the appearance of smart phones we enabled expansion and sudden development of electronic business. In order for banks to improve their services and stay competitive on the market, they developed mobile banking. Compared to the traditional banking, mobile banking has significantly greater advantage. For example, it enables transactions regardless of time or place, so users could control their money at any moment and with the cost of that being lowered. Traditional banking system goes to the oblivion because of the technological progress, as well as the lifestyle of the client. Development of the new banking system has brought new challenges as well, the biggest of all being quality of the provided service to its users. This research presents results about the loyalty and perceived value by the user of the mobile banking system in the Republic of Croatia. Results show that previously set hypotheses are confirmed and shown in the results of the research and they will be described in the conclusion of the research.
