Abstract
Znanje se može definirati kao činjenice, informacije i vještine koje je osoba stekla iskustvom ili obrazovanjem. 53 Znanje je tajna uspjeha svakog čovjeka. Završni rad sastoji se od teorijskog dijela u kojem se objašnjava način upravljanje ljudskim resursima i provođenje obuke i razvoja zaposlenika. Obuka je od iznimne važnosti za svako poduzeće zbog toga što omogućava razvoj vještina i sposobnosti svakog zaposlenika. Nakon završetka obuke kandidati postaju spremni za obavljanje složenijih poslova koje zaht ijeva određeno radno mjesto za koje su se obučili. Obukom se zaposlenik kvalificira za točno obavljanje određenog posla, pa se može reći da je obuka orijentirana prema zaposlenicima. Nakon razumijevanja teorijskog dijela slijedi praktični dio u kojem se opisiva proces obuke i vrste obuke koje se provode u poduzeću Cemex Hrvatska d.d. Velika poduzeća kao što je i Cemex Hrvatska d.d. sve više shvaćaju važnost obuke kako za razvoj poduzeće, tako i za razvoj zaposlenika i njegove karijere.
Abstract (english)
Knowledge can be defined as facts, information, and skills that a person has acquired through experience or education. Knowledge is the secret of every man's success. The final paper consists of a theoretical part which explains how to manage human resources and conduct training and development of employees. Training is extremely important for any company because it allows the development of skills and abilities of each employee. Upon completion of the training, candidates become ready to perform the complex jobs required by the specific job for which they are being trained. The training qualifies the employee to perform a particular job accurately, so he can say that the training is employee-oriented. After understanding the theoretical part, the practical part follows, which describes the training process and the types of training conducted in the company Cemex Hrvatska d.d. Large companies such as Cemex Hrvatska d.d. are increasingly realizing the importance of training for the development of the company, as well as for the development of employees and their careers.
