Abstract
Glavni predmet istraživanja bila je primjena metode analize profitabilnosti kupaca srednje velikih poduzeća u Hrvatskoj. Metoda se koristi kako bi se utvrdile informacije o profitabilnosti kupaca te se temeljem toga donosile daljnje odluke vezane uz proces upravaljanja odnosima s kupcima. Metoda se sastoji od detaljne analize prihoda i troškova vezanih uz kupce. Kroz rad je sažeto prikazana teoretska podloga troškova, njihova podjela i metode za raspodjelu na troškovne objekte te teoretska podloga izračuna profitabilnosti kupaca. Također su prikazani rezultati koji se odnose na samu primjenu metode te koristi od implementacije metode u poduzećima. Velik broj ispitanika koji se koriste ovom metodom su imali pozitivno mišljenje o metodi i rezultatima primjene.
Abstract (english)
The main subject of the research was the application of customer profitability analysis in medium-sized companies in Croatia. The method is used to determine informations of customer profitability and based on this, making decisions related to the customer relationship management process. The method consists of a detailed analysis of revenues and expenses related to customers. The paper summarizes the theoretical basis of of costs, their division and methods for distribution to cost objects and the theoretical basis of measuring customer’s profitability. Paper also presented the research results related to the implementation of method customer profitability anaylsis and benefits of it. A large number of respondents who use these methods had a positive opinion about the method and results of its implementation.
