Abstract
Ljudski resursi su segment svakog poduzeća koje je zaduženo za pronalaženje, provjeru, regrutiranje, zapošljavanje i obuku kandidata za posao. Menadžment ljudskih potencijala je ključna aktivnost svih organizacija u kojima su ljudi zaposleni, a ujedno doprinosi i ostvarenju organizacijskih ciljeva. Analiza kadrova identificira zaposlenike koji su kandidati za potencijalno povećane odgovornosti za posao i promocije, što znači da je istovremeno prisutna i usmjerena na budućnost. Većina organizacija zapošljava raznoliku radnu snagu koju čine zaposlenici s različitim stupnjevima znanja, vještina i kompetencija. Ovi zaposlenici su ljudski kapital organizacije i njezina najveća prednost. Analiza zaposlenika pomaže identificirati tko u organizaciji treba obuku i razvoj te uključuje utvrđivanje temeljnog uzroka neefikasnosti i nedovoljne razine produktivnosti u radu. Ona omogućuje poduzeću mjerenje utjecaja niza faktora na ukupne poslovne rezultate i donošenje odluka na temelju prikupljenih informacija o postojećim i budućim kadrovima. Završni rad obrađuje predmetnu tematiku na primjeru poduzeća Granolio d.d., Zagreb.
Abstract (english)
Human resources are a segment of every company that is in charge of finding, checking, recruiting, hiring and training job candidates. Human resources management is a key activity of all organizations in which people are employed, and at the same time contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. Personnel analysis identifies employees who are candidates for potentially increased responsibilities for work and promotions, meaning that it is both present and future-oriented. Most organizations employ a diverse workforce made up of employees with varying degrees of knowledge, skills, and competencies. These employees are the human capital of the organization and its greatest asset. Employee analysis helps identify who needs training and development in the organization and includes identifying the root cause of inefficiencies and insufficient levels of productivity. It allows a company to measure the impact of a number of factors on overall business results and make decisions based on the information gathered about existing and future staff. The undergraduate thesis deals with the subject on the example of the company Granolio d.d.
