Abstract
Tema završnog rada glasi „Planiranje poslovanja na primjeru hotela Alkar“. Planiranje je funkcija menadžmenta ĉije djelovanje poĉinje nakon ispitivanja trenutnog položaja odnosno trenutnog stanja poduzeća. Ova funkcija utjeĉe na razvitak, rast i opstanak organizacije. Kroz rad će najprije biti definiran pojam poslovnog planiranja, zatim njegova uloga, svrha i važnost. Upoznat ćemo se s pojmom plana, vrstama planova te sudionicima u planiranju i metodama planiranja. Na samom kraju teorijskog dijela spominje se strateška analiza poslovnog okruženja Empirijski dio rada obuhvaća primjer planiranja poslovanja na hotelu Alkar – Sinj. U radu će biti opisana organizacijska struktura hotela, njegovo poslovanje te planovi. TakoĊer će biti prikazana strateška analiza poslovanja. Izreka ekonomista Benjamina Franklina glasi: „Ne planirati znaĉi isplanirati neuspjeh“. Samo uz planiranje možemo postići nešto vrijedno, kvalitetno i dugotrajno. Ono je „priprema“ za put do uspjeha. Odgovara na pitanje kako na najbrži i najkvalitetniji naĉin doći do uspjeha.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the final paper is ''Business planning based on the example of the Alkar Hotel Sinj''. Planning is a management the action of which begins after examining the current position that is, the current state of the company. This function affects development, growth and survival of the organisation. The paper will first define the concept of business planning, then its role, purpose and importance. We will get acquainted with the concept of plan, types of plans and participants in planning and planning methods. At the very end of the theoretical part, the strategic analysis of the business environment will be mentioned. The empirical part of the paper includes an example of business planning at the Alkar Hotel Sinj. This paper will describe the organisational structure of the hotel, its management and plans. Also, the strategic analysis of business will be presented. Economist Benjamin Franklin's saying goes: ''By failing to plan, you are planning to fail''. Only with planning we can achieve something valuable, of high quality and long-lasting. It is a preparation to pave the way to success. It answers the question of how to achieve success in the fastest and most effective way.
