Abstract
Fokus ovog rada leži u istraživanju stilova vodstva koje pripadnici generacije Z preferiraju. Generacija Z odnedavno je pristupila tržištu rada pa se njihove preferencije vođenja još istražuju. Cilj rada je opremiti vođe i organizacije znanjem potrebnim za učinkovito vođenje ove mlade generacije. S pomoću ovog rada, vođe će steći uvid u stilove vodstva koje preferiraju pripadnici generacije Z, omogućujući im da usklade svoja ponašanja i strategije u skladu s time. Kao rezultat navedenog, generacija Z napredovat će na radnom mjestu pod vodstvom koje je u skladu s njihovim preferencijama, što će naposljetku pozitivno doprinijeti i samim organizacijama. Provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje o poželjnim stilovima vodstva zaposlenika generacije Z. U istraživanju su se pripadnici ove generacije izjasnili oko karakteristika stilova vodstva koje preferiraju na temelju čega su se zaključili njihovi preferirani stilovi vodstva. Usklađivanjem teorijskog i empirijskog dijela rada, vođe i organizacije moći će bolje razumjeti kako iskoristiti stilove vodstva za postizanje rezultata u vođenju nove radne snage.
Abstract (english)
The focus of this work lies in researching the leadership styles that members of Generation Z prefer. Generation Z has recently entered the labor market, so their leadership preferences are still being explored. The goal of the work is to equip leaders and organizations with the knowledge needed to effectively lead this young generation. With the help of this work, leaders will gain insight into the leadership styles preferred by members of Generation Z, enabling them to align their behaviors and strategies accordingly. As a result, Generation Z will thrive in a workplace under leadership that aligns with their preferences, which will ultimately contribute positively to the organizations themselves. Empirical study was conducted on the desirable leadership styles of Generation Z employees. In the study, members of this generation expressed their preferences about the characteristics of the leadership styles they prefer, based on which their preferred leadership styles were concluded. By aligning the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, leaders and organizations will be able to better understand how to use leadership styles to achieve results in leading the new workforce.
