Abstract
Današnji svijet obilježavaju otvorena tržišta rada i velika mobilnost radnika. To uzrokuje višak radne snage i laku zamjenjivost onih koji se ne žele prilagoditi ili koji ne ostvaruju određene rezultate. Sve to stvara veliki stres i pogodno tlo za nastanak mobinga. Iako je on, kako je već navedeno u radu, postojao od samog postanka ljudskih bića, unazad 30-ak godina se više istražuje i prijavljuje nadležnim sudskim tijelima. Iz svega navedenog u radu, može se zaključiti da je mobing društveni problem. On nije samo problem pojedinca, radnika, žrtve ili njihovih obitelji već i cijeloga društva. Mnoge europske zemlje shvatile su da žrtve mobinga izazivaju trošak cijelom društvu. To se očituje kroz stalne preglede i odlaske liječniku, bolovanja, a kasnije svojim prijevremenim odlaskom u mirovinu nanose troškove i mirovinskom sustavu.
