Abstract
U današnje vrijeme internet postaje neizostavan dio svakodnevnice, a zbog toga se svi pojedinci i sva poduzeća trebaju prilagoditi inovacijama kako bi mogli opstati na tržištu. S razvojem interneta elektroničko poslovanje sve više dobiva na važnosti te zbog toga poduzeća u svom poslovanju počinju uvoditi e-trgovinu. Elektronička trgovina predstavlja najprofitabilniji, najbrži i najjednostavniji način kupovine proizvoda. U ovom radu naglasak je na analizi mogućnosti primjene elektroničke trgovine u trgovini motornim vozilima, a samim tim najvažniji cilj rada je istražiti u kojoj mjeri će potrošači biti spremni koristiti elektroničku trgovinu prilikom kupovine automobila. Također, uz taj cilj postoji i niz drugih koji su isto značajni za temu, a to su analiza trgovine motornim vozilima u Republici Hrvatskoj, istražiti zašto je elektronička trgovina važna u suvremenom gospodarstvu te analiza zastupljenosti elektroničke trgovine u trgovini automobilima u RH i u svijetu. Za potrebe izrade diplomskog rada koristiti će se kvalitativno istraživanje temeljeno na dvije fokus grupe. Jedna fokus grupa obuhvaćati će žensku populaciju, dok će druga fokus grupa obuhvaćati mušku populaciju i obadvije fokus grupe će obuhvaćati potrošače iste dobne skupine. Cilj tog istraživanja je prikupiti podatke o mišljenju, stavovima, osjećajima, iskustvima, vjerovanjima i reakcijama sudionika o primjeni elektroničke trgovine pri kupovini automobila. Najvažnija spoznaja do koje se došlo istraživanjem je ta da elektronička trgovina automobilima u Republici Hrvatskoj ima potencijala, međutim i dalje se preferira trgovina automobilima koja uključuje kombinaciju elektroničke i tradicionalne trgovine. Očekuje se da će elektronička trgovina automobilima u Republici Hrvatskoj postati uobičajen način trgovine tek u daljnjoj budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, the Internet is becoming an indispensable part of everyday life, which is why all individuals and companies need to adapt to innovation in order to survive in the market. With the development of the Internet, e-business is becoming increasingly important, which is why companies are starting to introduce e-commerce in their businesses. E-commerce is the most profitable, fastest and easiest way to buy products. In this paper, the emphasis is on the analysis of the possibility of applying e-commerce in motor vehicle trade and therefore the most important goal of the paper is to investigate the extent to which consumers will be willing to use e-commerce when buying a car. Also, in addition to this goal, there are a number of others that are equally important for the topic, namely the analysis of motor vehicle trade in the Republic of Croatia, to explore why e-commerce is important in the modern economy and the analysis of automotive e-commerce in the Republic of Croatia and in the world. For the purposes of writing the thesis, qualitative research based on two focus groups will be used. One focus group will include the female population, while the other focus group will include the male population and both focus groups will include consumers of the same age group. The aim of this research is to collect data on the opinions, attitudes, feelings, experiences, beliefs and reactions of participants about the application of e-commerce when buying a car. The most important finding of the research is that electronic car trade in the Republic of Croatia has potential, however, car trade that includes a combination of electronic and traditional trade is still preferred. It is expected that electronic car trade in the Republic of Croatia will become a common way of trade only in the distant future.
