Abstract
U radu je prezentirana kratka povijest i značenje piva kao pića te su navedene osnovne vrste i tipovi piva. Objašnjeno je koje se sve sirovine koriste za proizvodnju piva kao i proces proizvodnje po koracima s naglaskom na doziranje kvasca. Opisan je procesno upravljački sustav brewmaxx koji je korišten za automatizaciju procesa. Objašnjeno je što su šaržni procesi te kako automatizirati takve procese. Proces automatizacije linije za doziranje kvasca objašnjen je po koracima počevši od izrade sekvence, konfiguriranja upravljačkih modula do izrade vizualizacijskog sučelja. Upravljački kod koji izvršava PLC, napisan je u programu Simatic STEP 7. Provedena je simulacija automatiziranog procesa doziranja kvasca tijekom koje su prikupljeni podatci o proizvodnji. Navedeni podatci spremljeni su u SQL bazu podataka nakon čega su dohvaćeni i obrađeni u MS Excelu.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents a brief history and meaning of beer as a beverage, and describes the basic types of beer. It is explained which raw materials are used for the production of beer, as well as the production process by steps with an emphasis on the yeast pitching. The process control system brewmaxx, which was used for process automation, is described. It is explained what batch processes are and how to automate such processes. The process of automating the yeast pitching line is explained step by step, starting with creating the sequence, configuring the control modules, and ending with the creation of the visualization interface. The control code executed by the PLC is written in the Simatic STEP 7 program. A simulation of the automated yeast pitching process was carried out, during which production data was collected. The mentioned data were saved in the SQL database after which they were retrieved and processed in MS Excel.
