Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je opisan razvijeni i unaprijeđeni skalirani model automobila Laboratorija za mehatroničke sustave. Napravljena je nova mehanička konstrukcija s omogućenim skretanjem na sve kotače, testirana i implementirana je nova PCB pločica za povezivanje komponenti sklairanog modela te je ostvarena bežična komunikacija između modela i upravljačkog računala. Provedena su simulacijska ispitivanja NMPC algoritma za skretanje s četiri kotača te je napravljena usporedba s normalnim automobilom, s i bez upravljanja raspodjelom pogonskog momenta za oba slučaja iz perspektive slijeđenja reference i utroška energije. Također su provedena i eksperimentalna ispitivanja razvijenog algoritma na laboratorijskom postavu s novim skaliranim modelom vozila.
Abstract (english)
In this master's degree thesis a description of the development of a scaled remote control car is given. A new mechanical design was developed allowing independent four wheel steering, implementation and testing was carried out for a new PCB backbone board which also has a wireless communication capability. Simulation tests were made using a NMPC control algorithm for 4WS and 2WS with and without torque vectoring for both cases, drawing a comparison in regards to setpoint tracking and total energy consumption. Laboratory tests of the NMPC were also done using the newly developed scaled model car.
