Abstract
Cilj rada je testirati točnost i robusnost ekstrinzične kalibracije LiDAR-a i kamere alatom koji je razvio koide3. Prvi dio rada se bavi analizom metoda za automatsku detekciju značajki, SuperPoint, i uparivanje istih, SuperGlue. Testiranje je sprovedeno na sintetički generiranim lošim situacijama za kalibraciju poput smanjenog broja detektiranih točaka LiDAR-a, smanjenim slikama i slikama s šumom. Za svaki od testova zabilježen je broj detektiranih i uparenih značajki te podaci o greškama kalibracije. Alat se pokazao kao točan i robustan na podrezivanim slikama, slikama s blur-om i smanjenom broju točaka u oblaku točaka do određene razine smanjivanja.
Abstract (english)
Aim of this work is to test the accuracy and robustness of extrinsic calibration of LiDAR and camera with the tool developed by koide3. First part of the paper deals with the analysis of methods for automatic detection of features, SuperPoint, and their matching, SuperGlue. Testing was conducted on synthetically generated bad calibration situations such as reduced number of detected LiDAR points, reduced images and images with noise. For each of the tests, the number of detected and paired features and data on calibration errors were recorded. The tool has proven to be accurate and robust on cropped images, images with blur and reduced number of points in point cloud up to a certain level of reduction.
