Abstract
U ovom završnom radu postavljeni su temelji za stvaranje sustava za analizu kretnji konja, a bazira se na inercijalnim senzorima. Napravljen je pregled kretnji konja s posebno naglašenim karakteristikama za svaku od tri vrste koraka, pregled inercijskih senzora te je objašnjen princip primjene Kalmanovog filtra. Provedena su mjerenja pomoću akcelerometra na platformi Waspmote v1.1, a dobiveni podaci su potom analizirani pomoću Kalmanovog filtra u programskom sustavu Matlab. Rezultati analize su pomaci i brzine u trenucima očitavanja, a opisani su i predstavljeni pomoću grafova.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis is done groundwork for development of horse gait analysis system that will use inertial sensors for gathering data. Here one can find an overview of three main horse gaits with special notice on each gait’s characteristics, overview of inertial sensors and explained principles of implementing Kalman filter. All the data used in this thesis was gathered via Waspmote’s built in accelerometer and later analyzed using Kalman’s filter in Matlab. Result of the analysis is acceleration converted into displacement and velocity, which is thoroughly explained and presented through diagrams.
