Abstract
Postojeći klasifikator dječje vokalizacije, izrađen u C++ programskom jeziku, unaprijeen je na temelju proširenog skupa podataka za učenje i skupa za testiranje klasifikatora. Novi prikupljeni podaci obrađeni su i pripremljeni na adekvatan način, te je nad njima provedeno dodatno učenje klasifikatora korištenjem Random Trees algoritma. Valjanost klasifikatora eksperimentalno je evaluirana pomoću unakrsne validacije i pokretanjem na NAO robotu u stvarnom vremenu. Kroz sto iteracija podjele skupa podataka, učenja klasifikatora i provođenja klasifikacije utvrđena je konvergencija rezultata klasifikacije. Time je potvrđena valjanost procesa učenja. Model je pretreniran za brbljanje i neartikuliranu vokalizaciju. Klasifikator je pokrenut na NAO robotu u stvarnom vremenu i izmjereno je zauzeće resursa. Mjerenja pokazuju da je klasifikaciju moguće izvoditi u stvarnom vremenu na hardveru robota.
Abstract (english)
The existing classfier, which was written in the C++ programming language, has been improved using an extended dataset for training and testing the classifer. The newly collected data has been adequately processed and prepared and additional classifier training has been performed using the Random Trees algorithm. The classifier has been experimentally validated using cross-validation and by running it on the NAO robot in real-time. Through a hundred iterations of dataset splitting, classifier learning and classification, the convergence of classification results has been established. This confirms the validity of the learning process. The model is overtrained for babbling and nonarticulated vocalization. The classifier has been run on the NAO robot in real-time and the resource occupation has been measured. Measurements indicate that classification can be performed in real time on NAO hardware.
