Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog projekta bio je utvrditi može li se sustav za održavanje predviđanjem kvarova primijeniti pomoću strojnog učenja na jednostavnom primjeru robotske ruke. Održavanje predviđanjem kvarova znači da bi algoritam trebao biti u stanju otkrivati anomalije u radu robotske ruke iz podataka prikupljenih sa senzora (na primjer, žiroskopa). Senzori su pričvršćeni na robotsku ruku i povezani bežičnim internetom, što omogućuje prikupljanje i pohranjivanje podataka. Model strojnog učenja za treniranje koristi se pohranjenim podacima, a zatim na novim podacima predviđa signaliziraju li oni neku vrstu anomalije. Ako se otkrije anomalija, održavanje se može obaviti na vrijeme. Ovaj je rad usmjeren na implementaciju nenadziranih algoritama strojnog učenja za rješavanje opisanog problema.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this project was to check whether a predictive maintenance system using machine learning could be implemented on a robotic arm. Predictive maintenance K-Means that the used algorithm should be able to detect anomalies in data collected from sensors (for example, a gyroscope) while the arm is moving. Sensors were integrated on robotic arm and connected via wireless Internet to a gateway which enables collecting and storing of data. Stored data is used for training machine learning algorithms. Machine learning models are then used for predicting whether the new incoming data signalizes some kind of anomaly. If an anomaly is detected, then maintenance can be done on time. This thesis is focused on implementation of unsupervised machine learning algorithms for solving the described problem.
