In this work I showed the organization of encouraged enviroment in the Reggio conception of preschool education.An idividual person is in the process of constantly changing the opinion about the qualities of a preeschool child. Every child has a lot of potential which can be constantly developed only with the help of a preeschool teacher. By working on a project (learning by doing) children can be introduced to a lot of themes that surround them in their everyday life. When working on a project the child develops his muscular coordination and establishes connections with other children. In the Reggio Emilia aproach the child chooses the theme of a project which will be studied. The founder of this concept is Loris Malaguzzi. He stated the three wrights that every kindergarten needs to follow: the wright of understanding and developing potential, the wright to trust elders and be trusted by them and the wright of support from elders. The longitude of activity in Reggio aproach is not defined. The space of Reggio kindergarden contains a lot o pictures and drawings. Mirrors are one of the most important things in Reggio kindergarden. By looking into the mirror the child explors his body parts and notices the difference between other children. One of the main goals of Reggio aproach is connecting the theory and practice. Malaguzzi stated that educators have big problems when they try to connect theory and practice. Author Rinaldi states the big importance of documenting files. For some individuals theory will never have a conncection with practice. Only mutual cooperation with educators can help children develop their full potential.
