Abstract
U suvremenom odgoju i obrazovanju, bitna stavka je inkluzivna kultura to jest važnost omogućavanja jednakog prava na obrazovanje za sve pojedince. Bitna karika procesa inkluzivnog obrazovanja su nastavnici. Oni su ti koji trebaju posjedovati određene vještine i kompetencije potrebne za rad s djecom s posebnim potrebama u cilju njihovog socijalnog, emocionalnog i odgojno-obrazovnog napretka. Ovim su se istraživanjem željele ispitati razlike u samoprocjeni budućih nastavnika za rad s djecom s poteškoćama s obzirom na spol, studijsku grupu te razinu studija. Istraživanje je pokazalo da studijske grupe i razina studija nemaju neki poseban utjecaj na samoprocjenu studenata, dok po pitanju spola, žene su imale pozitivnije stavove prema inkluziji u odgoju i obrazovanju za razliku od svojih muških kolega
Abstract (english)
In contemporary education, important issue is the inclusive culture, that is to say the importance of equal education for everyone. The essential link for the process of inclusive education is the teacher. Teachers are those who need to possess particular skills and competences which are essential for the work with pupils with special needs where their goal is their social, emotional and educational progress. The purpose of this research was to examine the difference in selfevaluation of preservice teachers' gender, level of education and study group towards the inclusion of students with special needs. The research showed that level of education and study group didn't have any specific influence on the self-evaluation of students, while on the other hand the research showed that woman have a more positive attitude toward inclusion in education process, unlike their male colleagues.
