Abstract
Rad “Emocionalni aspekti poremećaja u prehrani” je temeljen na uzrocima i posljedicama poremećaja u prehrani s naglaskom na emocionalne aspekte istih. Prvo poglavlje se fokusira na sociološku perspektivu emocija. Emocije su objašnjene kroz razne sociološke teorije. Drugi dio prvog poglavlja se odnosi na sociološke pristupe prehrani ( funkcionalistički, strukturalistički i razvojni). Treće poglavlje nas uvodi u temu rada, navodeći i objašnjavajući razne uzroke pojave poremećaja u prehrani počevši od soci kulturalnih, preko obiteljskih i individualnih do kognitivnih. U zasebnom poglavlju je objašnjen strah koji dovodi do društva rizika o kojem govori Ulrich Beck. Četvrto poglavlje objašnjava emocije kroz perspektivu simboličkog interakcionizma, George-a Mead-a. U petom poglavlju je bilo riječi o društvenom aspektu jela sa osvrtom na kulturno - religiozne aspekte. Šesto poglavlje se fokusira na utjecaj modernog stila života i medija na razvoj slike tijela i prehrambenih navika. U sedmom poglavlju osvrnuli smo se na vezu između stila života i prehrambenih navika na pojavnost i liječenje depresije. Osmo poglavlje nam objašnjava što je to utješna hrana dok se u devetom poglavlju upoznajemo sa poremećajima u prehrani općenito. U desetom poglavlju naglasak je na emocionalnom prejedanju kao zasebnom poremećaju hranjenja. Emocionalno jedenje je objašnjeno kroz razne teorije te je navedena rodna razlika pojavnosti ovog poremećaja. Posljednje poglavlje se odnosi na to kako nezdrava slika tijela u adolescenciji dovodi do pojave poremećaja hranjenja u toj dobi. Drugi dio rada se odnosi na metodološke aspekte, rezultate i raspravu o provedenom istraživanju te literaturu.
Abstract (english)
Thesis paper named “Emotional aspects of eating disorders” is based on causes and consequences of eating disorders with the main focus being on emotional aspects of them. First chapter is based on sociological perspective of emotions. In this chapter we have explained emotions using sociological theories. Second part of the chapter one is based on sociological views of feeding habbits ( funcitonal, structural and developmental) . Third chapter is introducing us to the main topic of this paper by explaining different causes of eating disorders, starting from sociocultural to family and personal to cognitive. Small part of that chapter is devoted to fear and its role in creating what we call a risk society defined by Ulrich Beck. Chapter five talks about social aspects of eating with a religious and cultural aspect to it. Chapter six is focused on effects of living in a modern era and the effects of media on a negative self image that lead to eating disorders. We talked about how modern lifestyle and eating habits cause depression in adults in chapter seven. Chapter eight tackles comfort food while in chapter nine we are introduced to eating disorders in general. Emotional eating is explained in chapter ten through different sociological theories. Last chapter talks about how negative body image in adolescents leads to eating disorders. Second part of the paper is focused on methodological aspects, results and discussion of the research and literature.
