Abstract
Sva se djeca raĊaju s temeljnim pravima i slobodama koja pripadaju svim ljudskim bićima. Tako i djeca s nedostatcima imaju sva prava kao i ostala djeca, ali zahtijevaju posebnu pozornost društva obzirom na to da im je potrebna veća pomoć i podrška okruţenja. Uĉenici s nedostatcima u pravilu se ukljuĉuju u redovite razredne odjele te svladavaju redovite nastavne programe uz individualizirane postupke obzirom na posebne potrebe koje uĉenik ima ili prilagoĊene programe sukladne njihovim sposobnostima. Vaţna je integracija uĉenika koja se ostvaruje ukljuĉivanjem u redovni razredni odjel gdje uĉenik savladava redovne ili prilagoĊene nastavne programe uz primjenu individualiziranih postupaka u radu. Uĉenik cijelo vrijeme boravi sa svojim vršnjacima što uvelike pridonosi tomu da se ne osjeća iskljuĉeno i „drugaĉiji“ od ostalih uĉenika.
Abstract (english)
All children are born with fundamental rights and freedoms which belongs to all human beings. Also children with defiences have all rights like other children, but they require special attention of society considering that they need bigger help and support of surrounding. Generally, students with defiences are included in regular class section and they are overcoming regular class programms with individual treatments considering their special needs which students has or adjusted programms according their abilities. Student's integration, which is achieved by including them into regular class section, is important where students overcome regular adjusted class programmes with use of individual treatment at work. All the time student is staying with his peers what is big contribution to not to feel excluded and „different“ from other students
