Abstract
U dokumentu Ključne kompetencije za cjeloživotno učenje – europski referentni okvir iz 2006. godine naglašava se nužnost ovladavanja materinskim jezikom kao kompetencijom cjeloživotnog obrazovanja. Cilj je istraživanja prikazati stav studenata prema standardnom jeziku i prema potrebi njegova ovladavanja i nakon završetka obveznoga formalnog obrazovanja. Potom će biti utvrđena razina njihove usvojenosti gramatičke i pravopisne norme hrvatskoga standardnog jezika. Rad se temelji na analizi relevantne literature, a istraživanje na rezultatima anketnoga upitnika. Rezultati istraživanja ukazali su na povezanost pozitivnog stava prema hrvatskome standardnom jeziku i visoke razine ovladanosti njime. Dobiveni rezultati poslužit će za daljnju raspravu o tome dolazi li s vremenom, a nakon prestanka sustavnog učenja i uvježbavanja standardnojezične primjene, do zaboravljanja standardnojezične norme, tj. do slabljenja standardnojezične kompetencije, kao i u vezi s tim smatraju li se studenti dovoljno standardnojezično kompetentnima te pokazuje li se to i u njihovu rješavanju ispitnih zadataka.
Abstract (english)
In the document Key Competences for Lifelong Learning - European Reference Framework from 2006, the necessity of mastering the mother tongue as a lifelong learning competence is emphasized. The aim of the research is to present students' attitudes towards the standard language and the necessity of mastering it even after the completion of compulsory formal education. Subsequently, the level of their mastery of grammatical and orthographic norms of the Croatian standard language will be determined. The paper is based on the analysis of relevant literature, while the research relies on the results of a questionnaire survey. The research results indicate a correlation between a positive attitude towards the Croatian standard language and a high level of proficiency in it. The findings will serve as a basis for further discussion on whether, over time and after the cessation of systematic learning and practice of standard language application, there is a forgetting of the standard language norms, i.e., a weakening of standard language competence, as well as whether students consider themselves sufficiently proficient in the standard language and if this is reflected in their performance on exam tasks.
