Abstract
U ovom radu proučena je kreativnost djece rane i predškolske dobi iz perspektive odgojitelja. Opisana su shvaćanja kreativnosti iz perspektive različitih stručnjaka. Postoji mnogo definicija kreativnosti, no ono što je svima zajedničko jest da kreativnost uvijek uključuje stvaranje nečeg novog – proizvoda, rješenja, ideje. Karakteristike kreativnog pojedinca su originalnost, inovativnost, fleksibilnost, fluentnost. Smatra se da je svaki pojedinac od najranije dobi kreativan na svoj način te da u različitim područjima može izražavati svoje ideje, osjećaje, misli i doživljaje. U radu su opisani načini izražavanja djece u ustanovama ranog odgoja i obrazovanja kroz različita područja na različite načine. Opisana je i uloga odgojitelja u poticanju kreativnosti djece te mogućnosti prostorno - materijalnog okruženja za slobodno izražavanje djece. Provedeno je istraživanje o perspektivama odgojitelja o kreativnosti djece rane i predškolske dobi u njihovim skupinama. Dobiveni podatci interpretirani su kvantitativnom i kvalitativnom analizom.
