Abstract
Današnji svijet uvelike je određen brzim promjenama u informacijskoj i komunikacijskoj tehnologiji, a sudionici našeg novog društva primorani su biti u toku s tim promjenama. Upravo iz tih razloga, u školama se u novije vrijeme sve veća pozornost pridaje nastavi informatike. Osim toga, paradigma učenja i poučavanja se mijenja, a time učenik postaje središte nastavnog procesa. Da bi nastava bila što uspješnija, važno je da su sudionici motivirani, a kako je učenik sada u središtu, motivacija učenika je danas važnija no ikad prije. Zbog svega navedenog, ovaj rad će prikazati važnost motivacije na nastavi s fokusom na predmet informatika. Osim teorijskog pregleda, provedeno je istraživanje čiji su rezultati interpretirani s obzirom na unaprijed postavljene hipoteze i ciljeve istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
Today's world is largely determined by rapid changes in information and communication technology, and the participants in our society are forced to keep abreast of these changes. That is why informatics is becoming an important subject in schools. In addition, the paradigm of learning and teaching is changing, and now the student becomes the center of the teaching process. In order for teaching to be as successful as possible, it is important that students are motivated. Therefore, this paper shows the importance of motivation in teaching with a focus on informatics education. After the theoretical overview, a research was conducted. The results are interpreted according to the set hypotheses and research objectives.
