Abstract
Albendazol je antihelmintik iz grupe benzimidazola i koristi se najčešće kao veterinarski farmaceutik. Ovaj farmaceutik može utjecati na okoliš, kako na tlo i vodu tako i na organizme koji žive u vodi jer su oni naročito podložni djelovanju farmaceutika zbog izloženosti njihovom djelovanju putem otpadnih voda. Kako se o njegovom utjecaju na okoliš ne zna mnogo u ovom je radu ispitan utjecaj ionske jakosti na sorpciju albendazola i dobiveni rezultati pokazuju da se koeficijent sorpcije smanjuje porastom ionske jakosti. Također su određeni i parametri sorpcije albendazola na sedimente i tla s područja Republike Hrvatske pomoću Freundlichove i Dubinin-Radushkevicheve izoterme. Za pet uzoraka sedimenata koeficijent sorpcije kreće se rasponu od 29,43 -85,24 mL/g, a za pet uzoraka tla u rasponu od 30,05-104,40 mL/g.
Abstract (english)
Albendazole is an anthelmintic that belongs to the group of benzimidazole and is most used as a veterinary pharmaceutical. That pharmaceutical may affect the environment, both on ground and water and the organisms that live in water because of their exposure to their activity through the waste water. Since its impact on the environment is almost unknown, in this paper the effect of ionic strength on sorption albendazole studied and the results show that an increase in ionic strength reduces the values of sorption coefficient. Therefore, in this study determined sorption parameters of albendazole to sediment and soil form Croatia using Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherms. For five sediment samples coefficient sorption are ranged from 29.43 to 85.24 mL/g, and for five soil samples in the range of 30.05 to 104.40 mL/g.
