rad na temu upravljanja organizacijskim promjenama napisan je kroz 7 poglavlja. u uvodnom djelu se razmatraju vrste promjena i njihovi čimbenici. zatim slijedi razrada teme kroz postavljenu hipotezu dokazivanja informiranosti o važnosti provođenja i upravljanja organizacijskim promjenama na primjeru iz prakse.
