Abstract
U ovom radu smo se bavili teorijskom analizom ITIL životnog ciklusa IT usluge te smo kroz jedan osmišljen scenarij ITIL v3 praksom implementirali Chat IT uslugu u poslovno okruženje. ITIL najboljom prakse u poslovno okruženje postiže se efikasno upravljanje IT uslugama te unapređenje poslovnih procesa. ITIL je okvir najbolje prakse upravljanja IT uslugama akumulirane godinama od strane IT stručnjaka koja pomaže organizaciji u poslovanju na način da reducira troškove, IT postiže veću efikasnost te se sve orijentira zadovoljavanju korisničkih potreba i zahtjeva. Kao najnapredniju karakteristiku ITIL-a bismo izdvojili da se sve mjeri (troškovi, performanse,zadovoljstvo korisnika) i prema učinku kroz životni ciklus IT usluga kontinuirano poboljšava što uvijek rezultira kvalitetnijom IT uslugom i već konkurentnošću na tržištu.
