Abstract
U radu se govori o pojmu organizacijske kulture, vrsta i tipovima, elementima i čimbenicima koji utječu na organizacijsku kulturu u pojedinoj organizaciji, poduzeću ili nekom drugom obliku. Posebno se govori o ulozi organizacijske kulture u životu i radu određene organizacije. Na primjeru sudova u Republici Hrvatskoj obrađeno je pitanje organizacijske kulture u sudbenoj vlasti u Hrvatskoj.
