Man's nature is to develop, create, change, and ask. In modern education, teaching is not enough to just teach, it needs to be explored. By passive learning, students will not fully understand the world around them, so it is important to provide them active and experiential learning. This type of learning is most common in pedagogical workshops. The aim of this research was to investigate whether creativity is encouraged at school and the ways on which it can be encouraged. In addition, the study was aimed to find out whether the pedagogical workshop could provide conditions to encourage creativity. A qualitative and quantitative methodology was used in the research, in which survey, interview and formative evaluation of pedagogical workshops were carried out in order to approach the research problem as objectively as possible. The study was conducted on a sample of 25 fourth-grade pupils and an interview was conducted in collaboration with a school pedagogue. On the basis of the results, it can be concluded that creativity in the school is stimulated through various creative and art workshops, as well as workshops organized and conducted by the school pedagogue. Also, the study shows that pedagogical workshops, as one of the social forms, can provide favorable conditions for stimulating creativity.
