Abstract
Pedagoški i odgojni odnos u prošlosti bio je određen apsolutnom nadmoći odraslih. Dijete nije bilo subjekt vlastitog razvoja, već objekt odrastanja stvorenog od strane odraslih. Ovakvo objektiviziranje djeteta trajalo je do 21. stoljeća, kada dijete postaje subjekt vlastitog razvoja s vlastitim pravima, potrebama, željama i potencijalima. Ovako djeca prestaju biti „vlasništvom roditelja“ i postaju punopravni partneri u kreiranju vlastitog odrastanja. Slika djeteta stoga se transformirala od povijesne slike djeteta kao pasivnog promatrača prema djetetu koje postaje aktivnim sudionikom i su-kreatorom svoje stvarnosti. S promjenom slike o djetetu nedvojbeno se mijenja i pozicija i uloga odgojitelja. Odgojitelji za budućnost trebaju posjedovati osobine kao kreativnost, empatičnost te visoku razinu prihvaćanja i želje za učenjem kako bi se uspješno držali u korak s društvom koje se mijenja. Ciljevi ovog istraživanja bili su ispitati stajališta odgojitelja o promjenama koje nosi budućnost, te ispitati mišljenja o tome kako će se odnos odgojitelj-dijete mijenjati i kako će se kompetencije odgojitelja mijenjati u skladu s promjenama u društvu.
Abstract (english)
The relation between the child and the teacher was defined by an absolute superiority of an adult. The child wasn't a subject of his own development. Rather it was an object of pre-made childhood. This kind of objectivising of a child was retained up until 21st century, when the child became a subject of its own development, with its own rights, needs, wishes and potentials. Thus, the child stops being the property of the parents and becomes partners in creating of their own development. The image of the child was transformed from the historical image of the child as a passive observer to the child who is an active participant and co-creator of his own reality. With this change comes another. A change in a position and role of the preschool teacher. Teachers for future needs to have traits like creativity, empathy and high level of acceptance and a will for constant learning just to keep in touch with the ever-changing society. The goals of this research were to question views of the preschool educators about the changes that will inevitably come with the future, to create hypothetical conclusions about the ways the relation between the child and the teacher will change, and about the ways in which the competences of preschool educators will change with the changes inside the human society.
