Abstract
U ovom radu provedena je usporedna analiza konvergencijskih svojstava statičke neuronske mreže s gradijentnim algoritmima učenja, te neuronske mreže s adaptivnim evolucijskim algoritmima učenja. Rad započinje općenitim pregledom na neuronske mreže - struktura i načini učenja umjetne neuronske mreže, analogijama s biološkom neuronskom mrežom. Slijedi opis evolucijskih algoritama i njihove prednosti i mane u odnosu na metode učenja koje se oslanjaju na gradijentni pad. Rad sadrži i opis algoritma izvođenja gradijentnog i adaptivnog evolucijskog algoritma u matričnom zapisu. U radu je sadržana i usporedba adaptivnog evolucijskog algoritma koji koristi generator slučajnih brojeva s uniformnom i Gaussovom distribucijom s gradijentnim i momentumom ubrzanim gradijentnim algoritmom ovisno o točnosti aproksimacije, te brzini izvršavanja algoritma.
