Abstract
U ovom je radu projektirano složeno amonijačno (radna tvar R717) rashladno postrojenje za zamrzavanje i skladištenje duboko smrznutog mesa, čija je predviđena lokacija područje grada Koprivnice. Postrojenje se sastoji od dva tunela za zamrzavanje svinjskih polovica i goveđih četvrtina kapaciteta 95 tona te četiri komore za skladištenje duboko smrznutog mesa kapaciteta 120 tona po komori. Temperatura hlađenja u tunelima za zamrzavanje je -30 °C, a u komorama za skladištenje -20 °C. Provedeni su proračuni rashladnih kapaciteta pojedinih prostora postrojenja, komponenti rashladnog uređaja te mogućnosti povrata topline kondenzacije. Priložena je shema spajanja i automatske regulacije, kao i dispozicijski crtež strojarnice.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the ammonia (refrigerant R717) refrigeration system is designed. The purpose of the refrigeration system, which is located in the city of Koprivnica, is freezing and storage of deep frozen meat. The system consists of two freezing tunnels for hog carcasses and beef quarters (capacity 95 tons), as well as four cold stores (capacity 120 tons per cold store). The cooling temperature in freezing tunnels is -30 °C, while it is given as -20 °C in cold stores. Cooling capacities in the certain areas of system are calculated, along with components of the refrigeration system. Also, the posibility of superheated steam heat recovery is analysed. The scheme of connection with automatic control and the disposition drawing are attached.
