Abstract
Kompanije danas ulažu mnoga sredstva kako bi svoje poslovanje učinile konkurentnim. Osim ulaganja u tehnologiju potrebno je također ulagati u kontinuirano unapređenje poslovnih procesa i zaposlenika. Jedan od pristupa koji sadrži razne alate i koji može pomoći je danas često korišten lean menadžment. Ovaj pristup temelji se na stvaranju ambijenta u kojemu se zadovoljavaju želje kupaca na način da se uklone svi gubici koji ne donose vrijednost proizvodu. Jedna od kompanija koja u budućnosti želi svoje poslovanje uskladiti s lean menadžmentom je i Končar D&ST. U ovom radu je kroz pregled trenutnog stanja i kroz provedbu nekoliko lean alata iznesena mogućnost primjene lean menadžmenta za ovu kompaniju.
Abstract (english)
Companies today invest a lot of resources to make their business competitive. In addition to investing in technology, it is also necessary to invest in continuous improvement of business processes and employees. One of the approaches that contain various tools and that can help is the lean management that is often used today. This approach is based on creating an environment in which the wishes of customers are satisfied in such a way as to eliminate all losses that do not add value to the product. Končar D&ST is one of the companies that in the future wants to align its business with lean management. In this paper, through an overview of the current situation and the implementation of several lean tools, the possibility of applying lean management for this company is presented.
