Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je obraditi tematiku uvođenja novog proizvoda na tržište te njegove komercijalizacije. Osim toga, u radu se nastojalo ukazati na važnost inovacije proizvoda kao i na utjecaj motivacije zaposlenika na njihovu inovativnost. U radu se detaljnije analiziraju najvažniji pojmovi vezani uz komercijalizaciju novog proizvoda kao i marketinški koncept izgradnje marke proizvoda s posebnim osvrtom na oglašavanje. Plasirati novi proizvod na tržište nije lako, važno je obuhvatiti mnoštvo različitih faza kako bi se realizirao gotov proizvod. Tema ovog rada bila je plasiranje novog proizvoda na tržište na primjeru marama za pse. Cilj praktičnog dijela rada bio je upoznati se s novim proizvodom „Boa bandana“ nadovezujući se na teorijski dio rada. Ideja o novom proizvodu provedena je kroz različite faze procesa razvoja novog proizvoda te je u konačnici donesen zaključak o isplativosti daljnjeg ulaganja u realizaciju navedene ideje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to discuss the topic of introducing a new product to the market and its commercialization. In addition, the paper tried to point out the importance of product innovation as well as the influence of employee motivation on their innovation. The paper analyzes in more detail the most important terms related to the commercialization of a new product, as well as the marketing concept of building a product brand with a special focus on advertising. Placing a new product on the market is not easy, it is important to cover many different stages in order to realize the finished product. The topic of this paper was the marketing of a new product on the market, using the example of dog scarves. The aim of the practical part of the work was to get acquainted with the new product "Boa bandana", building on the theoretical part of the work. The idea of a new product was implemented through various stages of the new product development process, and ultimately a conclusion was reached about the profitability of further investment in the realization of the said idea.
