Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je „Utjecaj referentne grupe na ponašanje potrošača“. Referentne grupe igraju značajnu ulogu u oblikovanju ponašanja potrošača. Potrošači često traže potvrdu i podršku od svojih referentnih grupa, što čini ove grupe važnim faktorom u oblikovanju tržišta. Referentne grupe mogu oblikovati mišljenja i stavove potrošača prema proizvodima, uslugama ili markama. Ako referentna grupa podržava određeni proizvod, vrlo je vjerojatno da će se i članovi te grupe pozitivno odnositi prema istom. Dakle, ukoliko prijatelji vole određenu marku, osoba će vjerojatno kupiti isti proizvod. Važno je razumjeti utjecaj referentnih skupina na ponašanje potrošača kako bi se proizvodi ili usluge bolje prodali.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final thesis is "The influence of the reference group on consumer behavior". Reference groups play a significant role in shaping consumer behavior. Consumers often seek confirmation and support from their reference groups, which makes these groups an important factor in shaping the market. Reference groups can shape consumers' opinions and attitudes towards products, services or brands. If the reference group supports a certain product, it is very likely that the members of that group will also have a positive attitude towards it. So, if friends like a certain brand, the person is likely to buy the same product. It is important to understand the influence of reference groups on consumer behavior in order to sell products or services better.
