Abstract
U radu je izvršena usporedba hibridnog pogona s diferencijalnim elektromotorgeneratorom i diesel motora u najzahtjevnijim uvjetima za hibride, kontinuirani pogon bez zaustavljanja, sa zanemarivo malo regenerativnog kočenja i trajnim zahtjevom za značajnom snagom. Usporedba se vrši na primjeru vožnje autocestom od Splita do Zagreba, sa 5 izabranih brzina koje su cijelim putem konstantne te s masama praznog i punog kombija. Cilj je dokazati uporabnu vrijednost hibridnog pogona s diferencijalnim elektromotorgeneratorom za komercijalna vozila (kombije, kamione, međugradske autobuse) gdje bi se otklonili nedostatci električnih vozila s ograničenjem dosega, sporim i dvojbeno raspoloživim punionicama, a povećala efikasnost transporta. Također, dobit će se smjernice za dimenzioniranje motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem kod hibrida, elektromotora i akumulatora, a s obzirom na uporabne zahtjeve koji će korisnik postaviti pred isporučitelja. U tipičnom gradskom režimu s puno djelimičnog ili nikakvog opterećenja jasno je da je hibridni pogon s diferencijalnim elektromotorgeneratorom daleko efikasniji od klasičnog motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem, a s obzirom da koncept zahtijeva velike akumulatore. U gradskoj vožnji korisniku se ostavlja mogućnost korištenja isključivo kao električnog vozila, s tim da u slučaju pogrešne procjene uvijek može, uz minimalne troškove, produžiti doseg na praktički neograničeno.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is a comparison between a hybrid drivetrain with a differential electric motor and a diesel engine under conditions that are most demanding for hybrids, continuous non-stop operation, with negligible regenerative braking and a lasting demand for significant power. The comparison is made on the example of driving the highway from Split to Zagreb, at 5 selected speeds, which are constant throughout and with the masses of empty and full vans. The aim is to prove the usable value of a hybrid drive with a differential electric motor for commercial vehicles (vans, trucks, intercity buses) to eliminate the shortcomings of electric vehicles with limited reach, slow and doubly available charging stations, and increase transport efficiency. Also, guidance will be given on sizing internal combustion engines for hybrids, electric motors and batteries, given the utility requirements that the customer will set before the supplier. In a typical city mode with much or no load, it is clear that hybrid drive with differential electric motor is far more efficient than classic internal combustion engine, and since the concept requires large batteries. In city driving, the user is left with the possibility of using it solely as an electric vehicle, but in the case of misjudgment, he can always, with minimal cost, extend his reach to virtually unlimited.
