Abstract
Poduzetništvo se odnosi na određenu djelatnost gdje je poduzetnik usmjeren na pokretanje, organiziranje i inoviranje poslovanja poduzeća, a temeljna svrha je stvaranje novog trţišta. Start up-ovi su noviji pojam u poslovanju, a kako bi nešto bilo start up mora imati određene značajke. Tvrtka mora biti osnovana s namjerom traţenja ponavljajućih i skalabilnih mogućnosti rasta pri čemu zadrţava osnovne funkcije poslovnih metoda. Start up je novoosnovano poduzeće koje ima globalne ambicije i globalni potencijal. Jedan od uspješnih Start up-ova u Republici Hrvatskoj je Gideon Brothers. Tvrtka se bavi razvijem robota s umjetnom inteligencijom za razne industrijske primjene, uključujući logistiku i proizvodnju. Start-up razvija hardver i softver za pretvaranje širokog spektra industrijskih strojeva i vozila u autonomne pokretne robote koji su sigurni u dinamičnim, ljudima ispunjenim prostorima.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship refers to a specific activity where the entrepreneur is focused on starting, organizing and innovating the business of the enterprise, and the basic purpose is to create a new market. Start-ups are a newer term in business, and in order for something to be start-up, it must have certain features. A company must be established in order to seek recurring and scalable growth opportunities while retaining the core functions of business methods. Start up is a start-up company with global ambition and global potential. One of the successful Startups in the Republic of Croatia is Gideon Brothers. The company is engaged in the development of artificial intelligence robots for a variety of industrial applications, including logistics and manufacturing. Startup develops hardware and software to transform a wide range of industrial machines and vehicles into autonomous moving robots that are safe in dynamic, crowded spaces.
