Abstract
Hipertenzija je stanje konstantno povišenog krvnog tlaka, a najčešći su joj uzročnici pretilost i hiperlipidemija. Pretilost je kronična, multifaktorijalna bolest, a definira se kao BMI> 30. Promjena načina života, u smislu redukcijske dijete i redovite tjelesne aktivnosti, ima važnu ulogu u prevenciji razvoja ali i u tretmanu liječenja hipertenzije. Ovaj rad obrađuje 3 slučaja pretilih pacijentica; jedna ima povišeni krvni tlak, dok druge dvije promatrane pacijentice imaju i povišenu razinu kolesterola u krvi. Cilj je bio utvrditi da li edukacija o promjenama u načinu života: adekvatna i uravnotežena prehrana, te redovita tjelesna aktivnost mogu pozitivno utjecati na smanjenje vrijednosti biokemijskih parametara koji ukazuju na rizik za razvoj hipertenzije. U procjeni prehrambenog unosa korišten je sedmodnevni bolnički jelovnik, za procjenu tjelesne aktivnosti korišten je Međunarodni upitnik fizičke aktivnosti, a za procjenu prehrambenih navika Upitnik o prehrani. Analizom podataka utvrđeno je da su uvedene promjene dale pozitivne rezultate, tako su sve promatrane pacijentice izgubile na tjelesnoj masi,a pacijentice 028 i 030 su normalizirale i krvni tlak.
Abstract (english)
Hypertension is a condition of continuous high blood pressure and the most frequent cause of obesity and hyperlipidemia. Obesity is a chronic, multifactorial disease, defined as BMI> 30. Changing lifestyles in terms of weight reduction diet and regular physical activity plays an important role in preventing the development but also in the treatment of hypertension. This article processes 3 cases of obese patients, one with high blood pressure, while the other two observed patients have elevated blood cholesterol levels. The aim was to determine whether education about lifestyle changes: adequate and balanced diet and regular physical activity can positively influence the reduction in the value of biochemical parameters that indicate the risk of developing hypertension. The assessment nutritional intake was used seven days hospital menu, to assess physical activity used the International Physical activity questionnaire, and to assess the dietary habits questionnaire on diet. Analysis of the data showed that the changes were introduced gave positive results, so all selected patients lost significant weight, while patient 028 and 030 are normalized and blood pressure.
