Abstract
Kvaliteta meda je važna za određivanje vrijednosti meda. Cilj ovog rada je odrediti fizikalno-kemijske parametre kvalitete 10 uzoraka meda od bagrema, 13 uzoraka meda od lipe i 20 uzoraka meda od kestena. Od fizikalno_ kemijskih parametara određeni su udio vode, električna provodnost, kiselost meda, a provedeno je i određivanje udjela reducirajućih šećera i saharoze. Svi ovi parametri moraju biti u skladu s Pravilnikom o medu što su i pokazali rezultati ovog istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The quality of honey is important in determining the value of honey. The aim of this research was to determine the physico-chemical quality parameters of 10 samples of acacia honey, 13 samples of linden honey and 20 samples of chestnut honey. From the physico-chemical parameters, the content of water, electrical conductivity, acidity of honey were measured and determination of the content of reducing sugars and sucrose was conducted. All these parameters must be in accordance with the Ordinance on honey, as shown by the results of this study.
