Abstract
Porast broja oboljelih od šećerne bolesti potiče stručnjake na traženje načina prevencije i/ili smanjenja posljedica ove bolesti. Neizrazita logika jedan je od alata koji se koristi definiranjem funkcija pripadnosti i izvedbenim pravilima. U ovom radu neizrazita logika je korištena za optimiranje i planiranje dnevnih jelovnika prema smjernicama dijabetičke dijete kako bi se odredila nutritivna prihvatljivost dnevnih kombinacija. Neizrazitost je dekodirana u izrazitu vrijednost pomoću Prerow značajke (PV vrijednosti), kojom se provodi defuzifikacija te procjenjuje energetska/nutritivna prihvatljivost ponude. Rezultati analize dostupnih jelovnika pokazali su kako ni jedna dnevna kombinacija nije postigla poželjnu PV vrijednost od minimalno 0,7. Rezultat optimiranja je skup kombinacija čiji je PV >0,7 (4 tj. 0,0015 % kombinacija), a bez vitamina D, koji je kritični nutrijent, je 1181 tj. 0,5% kombinacija. Rezultati rada pokazuju korisnost primjene neizrazite logike u analizi i/ili planiranju nutritivnog unosa. Međutim, nutricionist u konačnici procjenjuje primjenjivost i usklađenost jelovnika sa potrebama svakog pojedinog korisnika.
Abstract (english)
The growing number of people suffering from diabetes encourages experts to look for ways to prevent and/or reduce the consequences of this disease. Fuzzy logic is one of the tools used in defining membership functions and execution rules. Fuzzy logic uses a collection of fuzzy variables defined by membership functions and interface rules. In this paper fuzzy logic was used to optimize and plan daily menus according to the guidelines of the diabetic diet to determine which daily meals are nutritionally acceptable. Fuzziness was decoded using Prerow value (PV), which assesses energy/nutritional acceptability of the offer. Results of the analysis of the available menus showed that no daily combination achieved preferred PV value of at least 0,7. The result of the implemented optimization is a set of daily menus, of which 4 (0,0015%) are nutritionally acceptable and without vitamin D, which is a critical nutrient, is 1181 (0,5%) combinations of daily menus. The main conclusion is that the application of fuzzy logic is useful for analysis and/or planning nutrition intake. However, ultimately the nutritionist will assess applicability and compliance of menu with the needs of each individual user.
