Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je usporediti raznolikost prehrane i ostale indikatore kvalitete prehrane kod eksperimentalne skupine (ispitanici koji boluju od migrene, n=104) i kontrolne skupine (zdravi ispitanici, n=210) koristeći upitnik o kvaliteti prehrane (engl. Diet Quality Questionnaire, DQQ). Dodatno, cilj je bio utvrditi postoji li razlika između odgovora dobivenih putem računalnog i usmenog načina ispunjavanja DQQ upitnika. Istraživanje je provedeno u dvije faze s ukupno 314 hrvatskih ispitanika (16–67 godina, ITM=23,58±3,86 kg/m2 ). Ispitanici eksperimentalne i kontrolne skupine zadovoljili su minimalne kriterije za raznolikost prehrane (engl. dietary diversity score, DDS) (DDS=5; DDS=5,7) te nije utvrđena statistički značajna razlika (p=0,982) između indikatora raznolikosti prehrane (DDS) i zaštite od nezaraznih bolesti (engl. global dietary recommendations score, GDR; NCD-Risk; NCD-Protect), dok je razlika kod ostalih indikatora bila statistički značajna (p<0,05). Za razliku od kontrolne, kod eksperimentalne skupine utvrđena je statistički značajna razlika (p<0,05) između indikatora dobivenih putem računalnog u odnosu na usmeno ispunjavanje DQQ upitnika.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this thesis was to compare the dietary diversity and other indicators of diet quality in the case group (subjects suffering from migraine, n=104) and the control group (healthy subjects, n=210) using the Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ) and to determine whether there is a difference between the answers obtained online vs. via telephone. The research was conducted in two phases with a total of 314 Croatian respondents (16-67 years, BMI=23.58±3.86 kg/m2 ). Both case and control group met the minimum criteria for dietary diversity (dietary diversity score, DDS; DDS=5; DDS=5.7) and no statistically significant difference (p=0.982) was found between indicators of dietary diversity (DDS) and protection from non-communicable diseases (global dietary recommendations score, GDR; NCD-Risk; NCD-Protect), while the difference between other indicators was found to be statistically significant (p<0.05). In the case group, a statistically significant difference (p<0.05) was found between the indicators obtained by filling out the DQQ online vs. via telephone.
