Abstract
Hranidba mliječnih krava odnosno sama proizvodnja mlijeka je jedna od najtežih grana poljoprivredne proizvodnje. Razlog tome je utjecaj velikog broja čimbenika na samu proizvodnju. Potrebe krava u mliječnoj proizvodnji su izuzetno visoke te ih moramo podmirit sa visoko kvalitetnom hranidbom. Također osim kvalitete mlijeka hranidbom utječemo i na općenito zdravlje životinje. Osim osnovnih hranjivih tvari potrebe mliječnih krava su izuzetno velike za škrobom i vlaknima. Škrob ima važnu ulogu u sintezi mikroorganizama buraga dok su vlakna dobar izvor energije za kravu.
Abstract (english)
Feeding dairy cows, and milk production itself, is one ofthe most difficult branches of agricultural production. Thereason for thisisthe influence of a large number of factors on the production itself. The cow needs in dairy production are extremely high and we have to maintain them with high-quality nutrition. Also, besides the quality ofmilk, nutrition also effects the general health for animal. Apart from basicn utrients, the need for dairy cows is extremely high for starch and fiber. Starch have and important role in the synthesis of microorganisms, while fibers are good source of energy for thecow.
